Terms of Use
These terms govern access to MoINFO OTT, a digital media service operated by the Ministry of Information of the Kingdom of Cambodia. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service
MoINFO OTT provides participating live television, radio, video, podcasts, music, public notices and related catalogue information. The current viewer apps require no viewer account or paid subscription. Your internet, device and app-store provider may impose separate charges and terms.
Permission to use
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to install the official app and access available content for personal, non-commercial viewing or listening. This does not transfer ownership of the application, service, broadcasts, recordings, artwork or trademarks.
Content and rights
Content may be supplied by the Ministry, public broadcasters, government bodies and other approved organizations. Rights remain with the Ministry, relevant publisher or identified rights holder. Unless law or the rights holder permits it, you may not reproduce, download, record, rebroadcast, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, alter or commercially exploit content.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Bypass access controls, rate limits, geographic or rights restrictions.
- Probe or test the service for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Interfere with playback, servers, networks or another person's use.
- Scrape or bulk-download content without express authorization.
- Impersonate the Ministry or remove ownership and security notices.
Availability and updates
Content, channels and features may change or be withdrawn. Playback depends on publishers, your connection, infrastructure, device compatibility and distribution rights. An application update may be required, and a platform may temporarily enter maintenance mode.
Third-party services
Some streams or links are delivered by approved participating organizations. App stores, operating-system providers, network operators and infrastructure providers apply their own terms. Review an external service's terms and privacy information when you leave MoINFO OTT.

Disclaimers and responsibility
MoINFO OTT is provided for public information and media access. Content may become outdated, incomplete, interrupted or corrected. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes responsibility or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, suspension and law
The Ministry may update the service or these terms for new features, security, rights arrangements or legal requirements. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, enforce rights, perform maintenance or respond to misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia without removing mandatory protections that apply where the service is lawfully offered.
